We are a dedicated group of professionals applying the research-based technologies of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a goal of helping children and teens diagnosed with developmental disabilities reach their highest potential. We are currently serving the unique needs of New Jersey families and school districts in Morris County and parts of Bergen, Passaic, Essex and Sussex counties.

Welcome Tanya Dave, M.S., CCC-SLP, our new Speech Therapist! Tanya brings more than 10 years of experience working with students diagnosed with various language disorders and special needs including Autism, Apraxia, Dysarthria, Aphasia and Cerebral Palsy. Her expertise includes working on fluency, executive functions, expressive and receptive language delays, pragmatic difficulties, AAC and PECS. More importantly, Tanya brings compassion and dedication to the field and is eager to help those in need.
Grace Rivera is our founder and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has over fifteen years' experience in the field of ABA, having worked with clients aged three to twenty-four in various settings, including school, community and home. She received her Master's degree in Special Education/Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University and her education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Tech's ABA program. Additionally, Grace brings over twenty years of experience in the area of business administration, having received her Bachelor's degree in Business/ Accounting from Montclair State University. Grace brings a unique perspective to our team, as she is also the parent of an adult diagnosed with autism.
Katie is our Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 10 years of experience delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Throughout her career, she has worked across a wide range of settings, including day programs, group homes, in-home services, and school environments. Katie specializes in developing individualized treatment plans that promote independence, skill development, and meaningful quality of life improvements. She has a strong history of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, training staff and caregivers, and implementing behavior support plans that are practical, respectful, and effective. Passionate about person-centered care, Katie is committed to empowering individuals and families while advancing the field of ABA through ethical, client-focused practices.
Michele is our dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with over 25 years of experience specializing in pediatric communication disorders. She has extensive expertise in treating both receptive and expressive language delays and disorders, working effectively with both analytic and gestalt language processors. Her clinical background also includes significant experience in childhood apraxia of speech, phonological and articulation disorders, and supporting children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Michele has worked in a variety of settings including Early Intervention programs, schools, home-based programs, and clinical environments, providing individualized, evidence-based therapy. She is skilled in the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication systems and has supported a wide range of individuals with complex communication needs, including adults with developmental disabilities. Her approach emphasizes functional communication, collaboration with families and teams, and fostering meaningful outcomes for every client she serves.
All of our direct ABA providers, including BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, DSPs, and behavior technicians, are caring and dedicated professionals who have been trained in the implementation of behavior analytic strategies to teach new skills, decrease problem behaviors and increase adaptive behaviors.
